Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Recover Flow services and website.
Services
Recover Flow provides missed-booking recovery services including outreach, follow-up, rebooking support, reporting, and related operational services.
We do not guarantee a specific revenue outcome, booking volume, or conversion result.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:
- Accurate business information
- Lawfully obtained lead/prospect data
- Access required for agreed integrations
- Timely communication where needed
- Accurate calendar availability for rebooking
Clients remain responsible for their own offers, sales process, pricing, fulfilment, and legal compliance.
Outreach activity
Recover Flow may contact missed-booking prospects via phone, SMS, email, or agreed channels as part of service delivery.
Messaging approach, tone, and workflows may be adjusted to improve performance.
Fees & payment
Fees are invoiced as agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Invoices are payable by bank transfer
- Payment terms are 7 days
- Late payments may pause service
Setup or onboarding fees, where agreed, are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Term & cancellation
Rolling monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed.
Pilot terms or minimum commitments may apply where agreed separately.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information private and use it only for legitimate service purposes.
Intellectual property
Recover Flow retains ownership of internal systems, workflows, materials, and operating methods.
Clients retain ownership of their brands, customer data, and business assets.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Recover Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months of service
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Acceptable use
Clients may not use Recover Flow for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam-related activities.
Suspension
We may suspend service for non-payment, abuse, unlawful use, or serious operational risk.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required.
