How we handle your data
Recover Flow is built for businesses that trust us with valuable booking and lead data. We take that responsibility seriously.
Security principles
- Least-access operational model
- Need-to-know data handling
- Confidentiality-first culture
- Limited data retention
- Practical safeguards over empty claims
Data handling
Client information is used only to deliver agreed services such as:
- Missed-booking outreach
- Rebooking coordination
- CRM updates
- Reporting
We do not sell client or prospect data.
Access controls
Access to systems and data is limited to authorised personnel who require it for service delivery.
Permissions are restricted where practical and reviewed as needed.
Human operations
Recover Flow uses trained human operators, not anonymous offshore call-centre pools.
Team members handling sensitive workflows are expected to follow confidentiality standards.
NDA-backed operations
Where appropriate, staff, contractors, and partners may operate under confidentiality obligations or NDAs.
Systems & vendors
We use established third-party platforms for communications, scheduling, storage, and business operations.
These providers maintain their own security controls.
Device & account hygiene
Reasonable steps are taken to secure accounts, credentials, and operational devices.
Data retention
We aim to retain data only for as long as operationally necessary, contractually required, or legally appropriate.
Incident response
Where we become aware of a material security issue affecting client data, we aim to investigate promptly and notify affected clients where appropriate.
Shared responsibility
Security also depends on client-side controls including:
- Secure CRM access
- Proper user permissions
- Strong passwords
- Lawful data collection
